No. The monthly covers hosting, ongoing edits, your GoHighLevel CRM sub-account, and the automation buildout we configure inside it. One line item, not three.
Do I own the site if I stop the monthly?
Yes. The code is yours. If you pause the monthly you keep the site; you lose the CRM automation buildout we manage inside GHL, plus ongoing edits and hosting.
Do you work with my existing GHL account?
Yes. We integrate with your existing sub-account and build the automation inside it. If you don't have GHL we'll provision a sub-account under the Cwell agency account at no extra cost.
What kind of automations do you build?
At minimum: speed-to-lead text-back on every form, a 5-touch email + SMS follow-up sequence, long-tail nurture for not-ready leads, appointment confirmations and reminders, stale-lead re-engagement, and a separate trade-partner intake flow. We tune the specifics to your sales process on the discovery call.
What about migration from my current site?
